We are now hiring "Ophthalmic Equipment Sales Manager/Regional Manager".

We are considering candidates from any regions of the Russian Federation.

Core Responsibilities:

• Sale of ophthalmic equipment.
• Work with the Company's Clients and actively attract new customers.
• Participation in the Company's complex projects.
• Technical and clinical consulting of customers on products, equipment presentations. Negotiations.
• Control over the preparation of commercial proposals, Terms of Reference and specifications, drawing up of contracts. Control over participation in quotations, auctions, electronic bidding.

Core requirements:

• Higher education is mandatory (medical or technical is welcome).
• Knowledge of the ophthalmic equipment market - mandatory.
• Experience in the company selling imported medical equipment for at least 3 years (the experience of selling ophthalmic equipment, ophthalmic consumables is mandatory).
• Knowledge of B2B sales skills and experience.
• The ability to negotiate with first parties of trading companies, private clinics, public institutions.

Job conditions:

• Salaries and emoluments, transparent bonus system with no cap limit.
• Full compliance with labor legislation, work schedule 5/2 from 9-00 to 18-00.
